Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, managing sales operations, building client relationships, analyzing market trends, and overseeing promotional campaigns. In addition, the role includes collaborating across teams to align marketing strategies with company objectives and providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

• Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in developing Marketing Strategies, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis
• Experience in Brand Management, Content Creation, and Social Media Marketing
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights to optimize marketing efforts
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in a marketing or sales leadership role preferred
• Familiarity with the healthcare or women’s health industry is a plus
