Job Description

We are looking for a multi-skilled UI/UX Designer who can think like a product designer, design like a visual storyteller, and execute like a frontend and motion specialist. You will work at the intersection of design, product, and technology to create seamless, engaging, and high-performing user experiences.

The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following

Product and UX Design:

Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve experiences.
Work closely with product managers to define and enhance user journeys.

Visual Design

Design visually compelling interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and design systems for consistency.
Ensure pixel-perfect execution across all digital touchpoints.

Frontend Development

Convert design concepts into responsive, high-quality frontend code (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript).
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Optimize designs for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Motion And Interaction Design

Create engaging micro-interactions, animations, and motion graphics to enhance user experience.
Work on product animations, transitions, and storytelling through motion.
Collaborate on video assets and interactive content where required.

Collaboration And Stakeholder Management

Work cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, and content teams.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

3-6 years of experience in UI/UX/Product Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing product design, visual design, and motion work.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, After Effects, etc.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Strong understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and interaction design.
Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms.
