Sales Operations Analyst I [c]

The Data Assurance team is responsible for maintaining the quality of data. The Quality Auditors will be in charge of ensuring that processes are applied correctly and consistently across the suppliers’ teams.

• Ensures compliance with established processes.
• Audit cases based on volume, priorities, and concern areas based on a weekly quota.
• Report findings on a weekly basis.
• Proactively identify knowledge gaps by analyzing error trends.
• Liaise with Regional Program Managers and Vendor Managers to address said gaps.
  

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 year of experience in management consulting, sales operations, finance, business operations, or a similar analytical strategic role.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce.com or any CRM tool.
