We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer to drive on-ground sales, expand distribution, and strengthen our presence in the FMCG market. This role is ideal for professionals who understand retail ecosystems and are passionate about building emerging brands.

• Develop and expand distributor and retailer network in the assigned territory
• Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
• Execute market visits regularly to drive visibility and brand presence
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration
• Ensure proper stock availability and merchandising at retail outlets
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
• Manage collections and ensure timely payments

• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience
• Experience with A+ / Organic / Tea brands preferred
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and distribution channels
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
