Job Description
As an In‑House Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in engaging eligible onsite guests and encouraging them to book a Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) presentation or purchase a vacation package at an HGV resort. You will represent HGV’s Cultural Values through exceptional guest service, timely responses, and a positive, professional resort presence.

Responsibilities
Distribute approved promotional materials and incentives to guests who meet tour qualifications as determined by Marketing Management.
Accurately complete all required documentation and enter guest dispositions into CRM systems (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce).
Provide location‑based guest services and direct visitors to appropriate resort resources.
Maintain Required Minimum Performance Standards On a Monthly Basis.
Review production reports and communicate any challenges to the MOD in writing during the month of occurrence.
Contact guests through onsite call campaigns within company CRM systems.
Provide accurate information to the Fulfillment Department to support pre‑gifting services for qualified guests.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work varied shifts—including weekends and holidays
1+ year of face‑to‑face consumer sales or marketing experience
Strong interpersonal and guest‑relations skills
Highly motivated, self‑starter mindset
Solid understanding of the local area
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
