Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Sales Marketing Manager. The position involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, and driving lead generation efforts. The manager will oversee a team, coordinate with other departments, and enhance client relationships to increase market share. Regular responsibilities also include monitoring KPIs, preparing sales reports, and ensuring the team achieves target objectives.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Market Research
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management, and PPC Campaigns
  • Capability in Leadership, Team Management, and Communication
  • Proficiency in Branding, Developing Marketing Campaigns, and Content Strategy
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the digital marketing or enterprise solutions industry is a plus
  • Proven ability to work with CRM and marketing tools
  • Strong collaborative mindset and ability to build client relationships
  • Knowledge of Local or b2b market
  • Candidates from Jaipur location will be preferred
