Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in New Delhi. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving restaurant sales through local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and promotional campaigns. Daily activities include identifying new customer segments, visiting potential corporate and institutional clients, and building relationships with local communities and delivery partners. The role also involves coordinating with the operations and branding teams to execute marketing plans, track campaign performance, and optimize offers and menus for different channels. The Sales Marketing Executive will prepare regular sales reports, gather customer feedback, and support in-store events or activations that strengthen brand visibility and loyalty.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Marketing and Sales skills, with experience in promoting F&B, retail, or consumer brands.
- Ability in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities, analyze competition, and support data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers, partners, and internal teams effectively.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing local campaigns, and working with delivery aggregators is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site, traveling locally within New Delhi, and working flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required.
- Proficiency with basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with social media or digital promotion for local audiences.
- Prior experience in the restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
