About the Role

RCLASHERS Media is looking for a proactive Sales & Brand Partnerships Executive to help expand our brand partnerships pipeline. This role is focused on identifying potential clients, researching brands, finding key decision-makers, preparing customized pitches, and supporting the business development team in acquiring new influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research brands actively investing in influencer marketing across various industries.
  • Identify key decision-makers, including CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Brand Managers, Influencer Marketing Managers, and Creator Partnership leads.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality database of prospective brands and contacts.
  • Find and verify publicly available business contact information and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Prepare customized brand pitches and outreach materials.
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or CRM.
  • Research competitor campaigns, creator collaborations, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Campaign teams to support new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Market Research, or Influencer Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong internet research and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily research and outreach targets.
  • Interest in influencer marketing, digital marketing, and brand partnerships.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with B2B sales or lead generation.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator economy.
  • Experience using CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
What You'll Do
  • Research 30–50 brands daily.
  • Build a database of qualified decision-makers.
  • Prepare outreach-ready pitch lists.
  • Generate new business opportunities for the sales team.
  • Contribute to the growth of RCLASHERS Media through strategic brand partnerships.
