Job Description
🔹 Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)
(Only candidates with relevant marketing experience should apply)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Client Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients including D2C brands, startups, and B2C companies through LinkedIn, cold emails, and social platforms
- Lead Generation: Drive new business opportunities through targeted research, outreach, and networking
- Sales Pitches: Create and deliver customized presentations and proposals highlighting marketing solutions and case studies
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and manage long-term client relationships
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing long-term contracts
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as influencer marketing, SEO, and performance marketing to deliver tailored solutions
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in a marketing/digital agency)
🔹 Preferred Profile:
- Experience working with D2C brands, B2C clients, or startups
- Strong interest in marketing and staying updated with industry trends
