Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Associate for an on-site role based in Madurai. The position involves driving sales efforts, executing marketing initiatives, building relationships with prospective students, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, implementing marketing strategies, maintaining student engagement, and representing the institute at events to promote its offerings. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruiting and marketing campaigns.

- Sales expertise, including identifying opportunities and converting leads into enrollments.
- Experience or knowledge in training and sales & marketing strategies to facilitate outreach and engagement activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and take initiative on projects.
- Familiarity with the education or training sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred.
