Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Meena Cast Pvt Ltd in Rajkot. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company’s casting products and services in domestic and international markets. The associate will support the development and execution of sales and marketing plans, prepare proposals and quotations, and coordinate with the production and technical teams to address customer requirements. Daily activities include handling inquiries, participating in client meetings, conducting market research, maintaining CRM records, and assisting in sales reporting and promotional activities such as trade shows or industry events.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive business growth, manage pipelines, and support promotional activities.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to explain product features, processes, and basic technical aspects to customers or new team members.
• Understanding of industrial or manufacturing sectors, preferably casting or automotive, is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and travel for client visits or events as needed.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM tools, and report preparation.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
