We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager / General Manager (GM) to lead B2B sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong industry exposure in food ingredients, seasonings, spices, flavors, or related sectors, along with proven leadership and strategic sales management experience.

Qualification

  • Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales & Business Development
  • Experience in food ingredients, seasoning, spices, flavors, or related industries is preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets
  • Lead, manage, and support the sales team across different regions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and key clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business development plans
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and management teams for smooth operations
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and business presentations
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve overall performance

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Strong B2B sales and business development expertise
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting systems
  • Ability to travel for business development and client meetings
