Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth and revenue. The role requires conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in B2B business development, lead generation, and relationship management
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and client acquisition techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities
  • Experience in the SaaS or familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Collaboration Tools, and Modern Workplace solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven experience of at least 4-7 years in a business development role
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively
