Location: Maharashtra & Chennai (On-site)

Under the UT Welding brand, the company manufactures inverter welding machines at a dedicated, state-of-the-art facility. We specialize in developing, producing, and marketing high-quality welding equipment and solutions. Supported by an extensive dealer network, welding specialists, and service partners, UT Welding is known for reliability, performance, and strong customer support.



Role Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand market presence in Maharashtra and Chennai. The role involves strategic sales planning, B2B and corporate sales, distribution network expansion, and strong customer relationship management.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

• Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and key B2B clients

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and corporate accounts

• Expand and manage the regional distribution network

• Lead large corporate and industrial sales initiatives

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements

• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships

• Coordinate with marketing to support promotional activities

• Provide exceptional customer support and after-sales coordination

• Lead and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve targets



Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in welding machine sales (mandatory)

• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills

• Good understanding of marketing and distribution strategies

• Experience in leading and managing sales teams

• Strong analytical ability to identify market opportunities

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field

• Willingness to work on-site in Maharashtra & Chennai
