Position: Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 4–5 Years

Location: Kukatpally Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: US Shift -EST


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 4–5 years of proven experience in marketing IT consultants on C2C. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling end-to-end sales, working with vendors, generating requirements, submitting consultants, and driving successful placements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Market and place bench consultants (H1B, H4-EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) on C2C requirements.
  • Actively work with implementation partners, tier-1 vendors, and direct clients to identify suitable openings.
  • Source requirements through job portals, networking, social platforms, vendor lists, and references.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.
  • Review and analyze job descriptions and match them with consultant profiles.
  • Prepare and submit targeted resumes, rate confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors/clients and ensure quick turnaround.
  • Track submissions, interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding process.
  • Maintain daily/weekly marketing reports and consultant activity logs.
  • Ensure maximum visibility and placement opportunities for each consultant.
  • Experience marketing consultants across multiple technologies: Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, QA, BA, Data Engineer, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)
  • Ensure 100% transparency, professionalism, and timely communication with consultants.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
    • 4–5 years of strong experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter.
    • Proven track record in marketing and placing multiple consultants successfully.
    • Deep understanding of the US staffing industry, recruitment lifecycle, and sales processes.
    • Strong vendor network with Tier-1 and direct client contacts.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Experience using ATS/CRM tools is a plus.


    Preferred Qualifications
    • Strong connections with preferred vendor lists & direct clients.
    • Ability to generate daily call logs, submission reports, and performance metrics.
