We are looking for a highly dependable Executive Assistant to support the Founder's Office in driving execution, coordination, and closure across multiple business functions. This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who acts as an execution partner rather than a clerical assistant. We work closely with senior leadership to ensure priorities move forward smoothly, deadlines are met, and cross-functional coordination happens without friction. The role suits a mature, organized professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and takes pride in follow-through and accountability.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Track tasks, ownership, and timelines across teams to ensure timely execution and closure
  • Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, follow-ups, and action items
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, design, operations, and external vendors
  • Support hiring coordination, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Monitor marketing and digital execution timelines and flag delays proactively
  • Handle travel coordination and essential administrative support
  • Act as a central point of coordination to keep priorities aligned and work moving forward

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 4-10 years of experience in executive assistance, operations, project coordination, or leadership support roles
  • Proven experience supporting founders, senior leaders, or managers in coordination-heavy environments
  • Strong execution mindset with a natural habit of follow-ups and task closure
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
