About the Role

We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a team within a premium health and wellness club environment. This role focuses on driving membership growth, mentoring sales consultants, and ensuring an outstanding experience for prospective and new members.

The successful candidate will guide the sales team to achieve individual and club membership targets while analysing sales performance data and implementing effective strategies to improve results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve membership sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new member acquisition
  • Monitor and analyse sales data, performance metrics, and member feedback
  • Provide coaching and support to improve team performance and customer engagement
  • Ensure an exceptional prospect journey and member onboarding experience
  • Track sales progress and adjust strategies to optimise performance
  • Collaborate with club leadership and operational teams to support business goals
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service
