Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)


  • Own end-to-end sales delivery and revenue growth at the state level
  • Drive market expansion through deeper penetration of existing dealers and addition of new trade partners
  • Build and manage strong trade relationships with dealers, distributors, and key channel partners
  • Lead demand generation initiatives to improve secondary sales, offtake, and wallet share
  • Drive influencer engagement (architects, contractors, builders) to generate sustained sales pull
  • Monitor state-level sales KPIs including volumes, conversion, productivity, and closures
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable sales and pricing strategies
  • Ensure effective execution of trade schemes, promotions, and visibility programs
  • Coach and manage field sales teams to deliver targets and improve sales effectiveness
  • Coordinate with central sales and marketing teams for campaign rollout and execution
  • Track lead flow, pipeline conversion, and closure performance across channels


Educational Background and Work Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred)
  • 8–12 years of experience in front-end sales roles across retail / trade / channel sales
  • Proven experience in managing dealers, distributors, and on-ground sales teams
