We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Abohar location. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage client relationships, develop strategic plans to achieve revenue goals, and lead a team of sales professionals. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through outstanding communication and service. The role demands a proactive and results-driven professional with strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Team leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide a sales team.
• Market analysis and strategic planning expertise to identify opportunities for growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in sales and CRM software tools, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work on-site in Abohar and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the sports or retail industry is a plus.
