Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager located in Gurugram and Noida. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving sales efforts, meeting revenue targets, managing and leading a team, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, negotiating deals, developing strategic sales plans, and coordinating with marketing and operations departments. The role also involves reporting to senior management on sales performance and market trends while ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
  • Team Leadership and People Management abilities
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis expertise
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under dynamic conditions
  • Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
