Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, based in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving key business growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to implement effective marketing and sales initiatives. The role also involves market research, forecasting, and ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales support and service.

Qualifications

- Experience in team leadership, strategy development, and target achievement
- Proficiency in market research, forecasting, and sales reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience in the automotive sector or luxury products is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics is highly desirable
