This position reports to the Sales Director – APAC South, Energy+ and is part of the Energy+ India team and located in Mumbai and will be a remote role and expected to be at Reliance location for a good percentage of time and cover the full Reliance Account, Pan India.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead, coach, and enable Account Managers supporting L1 customers, ensuring disciplined execution, development, and consistent customer experience
- Partner closely with global teams to align strategies, deploy framework agreements, and unlock enterprise‑level growth opportunities
- Work on emerging and advanced technologies, collaborating with L1 customers to support and shape green hydrogen, renewable energy, and energy‑transition ecosystems
- Own senior customer relationships and orchestrate cross‑functional Pall resources to position Pall as a long‑term, value‑based strategic partner
- Operate within the Danaher growth environment, learning and applying the Danaher Business System (DBS) to drive sustainable growth, continuous improvement, and commercial excellence
- B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial or equivalent) with min. 14-16 yrs of relevant experience.
- MBA will be preferred criteria
- Experience of min. 8-10 yrs in Sales and will have a preference if experience of handling big accounts or Key Account Manager role for OE customers.
- Atleast 4-5 yrs of experience in handling smaller team and work experience with Cross Functional Teams, as well as managing teams with functional responsibility.
- Experience in Oil and Gas or Refinery or Chemical or Green Energy Industries will be necessary.
- Experience of handling Reliance account will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi, and very good presentation skills.
- Ability to travel – approx.30% within India mostly
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
