Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the sales team to achieve targets, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing sales strategies. Responsibilities include preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Strategic Thinking and Market Analysis to identify opportunities and optimize performance
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
