For Sales Manager
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate / property sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
Ability to lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Good knowledge of CRM tools, lead management, and sales reporting.
Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
Positive attitude, convincing personality, and ability to convert leads into site visits.
Bonus Preference (for both roles):
✔ Experience in real estate sales / plot selling
✔ Candidates from Delhi NCR / nearby locations preferred

What we’re looking for:
✔ Experience in sales / telecalling (real estate preferred)
✔ Strong communication & client handling skills
✔ Goal-oriented mindset
✔ Professional and positive attitude
