Job Description
We build sculptural concrete furniture and objects that people stop and stare at before they ask the price. Which means this role is not about hard selling. It’s about understanding taste, design, spaces, architects, and people who care about how things feel.
We’re looking for someone who can turn interest into revenue without sounding like a call centre script.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound leads from Instagram, website enquiries, WhatsApp, exhibitions, and referrals
- Speak with architects, interior designers, homeowners, cafés, studios, and design conscious buyers
- Understand requirements and recommend the right products, finishes, and combinations
- Follow up without sounding desperate
- Build relationships with architects and interior designers for repeat business
- Coordinate with the internal team on pricing, timelines, production, and dispatch
- Maintain lead and sales tracking properly in CRM/sheets
- Push deals forward instead of waiting for “just checking in” miracles
- Help improve the sales process, scripts, and customer experience
What We're Looking For:
- 3 to 6 years of sales experience
- Experience in furniture, interiors, luxury retail, architecture, design products, home décor, or premium lifestyle brands is a huge plus
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good aesthetic sense and understanding of premium buyers
- Someone who understands the difference between selling cheap and selling value
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple conversations at once
- Ability to build trust without overselling
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- You’ve sold products that people buy emotionally, not just practically
- You know how to deal with architects and designers
- You’ve handled high ticket or customised products before
- You can write clean WhatsApp messages and emails that don’t feel robotic
- You actually reply fast
Important:
This is not a “spam 200 leads a day” sales role.

you will probably hate this job.
