Job Description

Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales team in Noida. This role involves driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for our LAP products.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of LAP sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to expand the LAP business in the Noida region.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels, including direct sales, DSA partnerships, and builder tie-ups.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing high-value clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new product development.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to LAP sales.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and marketing teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team lead role within the Loan Against Property (LAP) sector.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the LAP product, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in Noida/NCR.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
