Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Gurugram, with flexibility to work from home on occasion. As a Field Sales Executive - Diagnostics, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, and driving sales of diagnostic solutions. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, presenting value propositions, managing client portfolios, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and submission of detailed sales reports to support business growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development experience, with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of diagnostic products, healthcare, and laboratory services is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
