Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and department heads.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Support employer branding and recruitment drives when required.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
• Good screening and candidate evaluation skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Good negotiation and coordination skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
