- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure efficient order processing, inventory management, and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales management roles, preferably within the iron and steel industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
