Role Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead and scale an outbound-driven sales team for an SMB-focused HRMS/Payroll SaaS product (BharatPayroll). You will own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—while driving team performance and revenue growth.

Key Highlights:

• Lead and manage a team of 8–10 sales professionals
• Drive outbound sales, demos, and deal closures
• Own end-to-end sales funnel and revenue targets
• Work closely with leadership on GTM strategy

Requirements:

• 4–8 years in SaaS / HRMS / B2B sales
• 1–3 years of team handling experience
• Strong outbound sales and SMB market exposure
