- Openings: 1 Position
- Location: Bengaluru (Covering South India)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the South Indian market.
- Onboard large-scale industrial clients and corporate accounts, Hotels.
- Mentor and track the performance of Field Sales Executives.
- Monitor regional revenue targets and ensure 100% collection compliance.
- Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹38,000 per month.
- Daily Allowance (TADA): ₹200 per day.
- Incentives: Performance-linked bonuses based on regional turnover and collection efficiency.
- Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales,Hotel Sales (Packaging, FMCG, or Industrial supplies preferred).
- Communication: Fluent in Hindia and English.
- Must-Have: A valid driving license and a two-wheeler for daily travel.
- Attributes: High integrity, "hunter" mindset, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
