About the Role

Ambit Transmission is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented ESS Sales Manager to drive business growth for our lithium-ion based Energy Storage Systems. This role focuses on solution-based selling—delivering complete energy solutions tailored to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across:
• Industrial and manufacturing units
• Solar EPC companies
• Commercial establishments (malls, hotels, hospitals)
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Conduct client meetings, understand energy requirements, and propose customized ESS solutions
• Present ROI-driven value propositions, including diesel cost savings, peak load management, and solar integration
• Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for system sizing and proposal development
• Handle high-value deals ranging from ₹20 lakh to ₹5 crore and above
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Plant Heads, Facility Managers, EPC Owners)
• Support tendering processes for government and institutional projects
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Energy Storage Systems (ESS), batteries, solar, and electrical systems
• Proven experience in B2B or solution-based sales (non-retail)
• Ability to analyze client requirements and recommend customized solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Willingness to travel and engage in field sales activities

Preferred Background

• Experience with:
• Solar EPC companies
• Battery manufacturing firms
• Electrical or energy solution providers
• Established network within industrial or EPC sectors will be an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹6–12 LPA (based on experience)
