Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding EazyDiner’s restaurant partner network in Hyderabad, driving revenue, managing key accounts, and leading on-ground B2B sales activities. This role demands strong relationship management, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the F&B/hospitality ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Acquisition

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new restaurant partners across Hyderabad.
  • Build a strong pipeline of premium and high-potential restaurants.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and pricing trends.

Account Management

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing restaurant partners.
  • Ensure restaurants are optimally listed, engaged, and achieving ROI via EazyDiner.
  • Resolve partner challenges and ensure seamless communication between restaurants and internal teams.

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Own monthly/quarterly revenue targets for the assigned region.
  • Create and execute local sales strategies to accelerate partner acquisition.
  • Track sales metrics, conversion ratios, and partner performance on the platform.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Central Sales teams for partner launches, campaigns, and special projects.
  • Provide market insights to support strategic decisions.

Team Leadership (If applicable)

  • Guide and mentor sales executives to achieve individual targets.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5 - 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, SaaS, or aggregator platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Hyderabad restaurant landscape is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting.
