The opportunity
In this role, as part of APAC Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the India DME Digital Adobe Express marketing strategy to meet the business’s ambitious goals.
As a data-driven, B2C digital marketer with a deep understanding of the India market, you’ll create breakthrough marketing ideas that inspire audiences, encourage product adoption, and build long-term value. Job Description: Marketing Manager – Adobe Express, India, DME Digital
The opportunity
In this role, as part of APAC Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the India DME Digital Adobe Express marketing strategy to meet the business’s ambitious goals.
As a data-driven, B2C digital marketer with a deep understanding of the India market, you’ll create breakthrough marketing ideas that inspire audiences, encourage product adoption, and build long-term value. You’re a customer-focused marketer who can deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.
What You’ll Do
- Formulate and deliver the marketing plan for India that drives awareness, consideration, and conversion for Adobe Express.
- You will lead and implement marketing initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams from Media, PR & Social, Lifecycle Marketing & Adobe.com.
- You are also a strategic partner to the Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams, collaborating to deliver against annual strategies and business objectives.
- Project management of marketing program launches, including managing creative agencies while communicating details and timelines to cross-functional teams and business leads.
- Manage marketing/brand partnerships to deliver maximum impact for Adobe.
- Drive marketing innovation and creativity. This role requires you to champion your audience and actively apply audience insights and marketing analytics to deliver plans that achieve business targets and marketing metrics.
- Manage forecasts and budgets for your marketing programs in connection to quarterly and annual plans. Take accountability and report on marketing performance against defined metrics.
- Play a key role in quarterly business and marketing reviews to senior team members, defining the ‘narrative’ for Express marketing in India.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering significant business growth through digital marketing programs.
- 12+ years of progressive B2C digital marketing experience working on software/technology brands with a deep understanding of digital marketing in India.
- Generalist marketing skills demonstrating a talent for adapting quickly to changing strategy.
- Solid experience with co-marketing, brand partnerships.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Clear communicator and able to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Exceptional critical thinking, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies focused on outcomes.
- Deep experience managing full-funnel campaigns including digital, social media, influencer marketing and transcreation of global campaigns for local markets.
- Experience working with creative agencies to craft compelling messages that captivate audiences and offer them compelling solutions.
- Customer-first approach. Understand their needs and motivations to build outstanding experiences and successful customer journeys.
- Balance creative excellence with strong business sense.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail.
- Skills to navigate a global matrix organization.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree required.
- Knowledge of Adobe products highly desirable.
- Fluent spoken and written English, additional languages for India highly desirable.
