Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, manage client relationships, lead sales initiatives, and oversee the end-to-end sales process. Responsibilities also include identifying new market opportunities, driving revenue growth, collaborating with the sales team to improve performance, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of engagement.

• Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Marketing expertise including Campaign Design, Digital Marketing, and Market Research
• Strategic Planning and Leadership skills to lead teams and achieve sales targets
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales/marketing technologies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry and local market knowledge is highly advantageous
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
