Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

Responsible to drive sales of our company products and solutions. The role involves meeting potential clients, generating leads, conducting product demos, and closing deals.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with Business Owners, and decision-makers.
  • Present and demonstrate our solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the inside sales and technical team for product demos and onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technology advancements.
  • Collect market feedback and provide insights to the product team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 year of experience in field sales (preferably SaaS/HRMS/ERP/Software sales).
  • Fresher’s can also apply (Only Chennai Location)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Attendance, Leave, and Compliance) is a plus.
