Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will focus on developing and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include creating strategic sales plans, conducting market research, assessing customer needs, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. In addition, the Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and provide regular sales performance reports to upper management.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Closing Deals
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze industry trends
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Hospitality Industry and Sales Processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
