Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with the event management team. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional client support. The Sales Manager will also ensure client satisfaction and contribute to enhancing the company’s market presence.

  • Business Development and Negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service expertise
  • Sales Strategy Development and Goal-Oriented Approach
  • Experience in Marketing and Branding for event-related services
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the events industry or related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
