Job Description – Channel Sales Executive

Business Division: NAP Division (UPVC / PVC / WPC)

Location:Base Location Calicut and Cover Wayanadu Kerala

Designation: Channel Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Role Objective

To drive sales growth and strengthen market presence for uPVC, PVC, and WPC products by managing channel partners and developing strong relationships with carpenters, fabricators, and key influencers in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop dealers and distributors in the assigned territory
  • Appoint new channel partners and expand the distribution network
  • Engage with carpenters, fabricators, and influencers to generate demand
  • Execute sales schemes, promotions, and market activation activities
  • Ensure product visibility and branding at dealer and project sites
  • Monitor competitor activity and share market intelligence
  • Achieve sales targets, secondary sales, and collection objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
  • Submit daily activity reports and periodic MIS

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of field sales experience in building materials or allied industries
  • Mandatory experience in channel sales handling
  • Hands-on experience with carpenters and influencers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness for extensive field work
  • Knowledge of Kochi / Kerala market preferred

Preferred Industry Exposure

uPVC / PVC / WPC, Plywood, Laminates, Sanitaryware, Pipes & Fittings, Construction Materials
