Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales of packaged drinking water & expand our customer base. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing distributors/retailers, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes gathering market insights, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to develop effective strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales from homes, offices, shops, restaurants (HoReCa), and institutions
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and cold calling.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Ensure timely order collection and payment recovery.
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth and timely deliveries.
- Maintain daily sales reports.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG / Beverages preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of local market, competence in market research, analysis, and identifying potential business opportunities
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
