Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant at TLS Group's Gurugram location. The Chartered Accountant will be the Accounts Manager of the company with a vision to Head the finance department and will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing tax planning and compliance, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to applicable financial regulations. The role also includes analyzing financial data, improving internal financial processes, and providing strategic financial recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Statement Preparation.
• Proficiency in Taxation, Compliance, and Regulatory Frameworks relevant to the industry.
• Experience in Auditing, Internal Controls, and Financial Reporting Standards.
• Analytical skills in Financial Data Analysis and Forecasting to support decision-making.
• Highly proficient in Accounting Software and financial management tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in real estate, education, or multi-industry sectors is an advantage.
