Location: Sikar (on-site)
Salary: ₹10,000 per month + Commission
Job Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused and well-spoken Receptionist to be the first point of contact for students visiting our office. The ideal candidate should have strong English and communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to engage with students professionally. Along with front-desk responsibilities, the role also involves making follow-up calls to potential leads during free time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist students visiting the office, ensuring a positive experience.
- Student Data Handling: Maintain records and ensure students fill out necessary forms.
- Customer Interaction & Consultation: Communicate effectively, answer queries, and provide helpful guidance.
- Lead Follow-Ups: Call potential students from our leads list and introduce them to our services.
- Commission-Based Earning: Additional incentives based on performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (Higher education preferred).
- Language Skills: Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and professional attitude with good customer-handling skills.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing front desk duties while making follow-up calls.
- Prior Experience: Experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
