Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Rajkot. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, present ISO training, consultancy, and documentation solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, preparing propo


sals and quotations, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM. The role involves collaborating with the training and consultancy teams to understand offerings in detail, aligning solutions with client needs, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.


The Sales Executive will also participate in marketing and outreach activities, represent the company at events or client visits, and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in explaining training and consultancy services to diverse audiences.
  • Basic understanding of ISO standards or a strong willingness to learn about management system and accreditation standards.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships, handle negotiations professionally, and provide customer-centric solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, email, and office productivity software for managing sales activities and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, training services, consulting, or related sectors will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in an on-site environment in Rajkot.
