Sales Executive

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in the Pest Control industry or related services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our pest management solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential customers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pest control and facility management sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and provide tailored pest control solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven sales experience in Pest Control, Facility Management, Hygiene Services, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical pest control solutions and explain them to clients.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory if backed by relevant industry experience.
