Field Sales Executive – B2B (Industrial Clients)

We’re Hiring: B2B Field Sales Executive | Industrial Workwear

At Udggam, we design and manufacture workforce apparel & safety uniforms for leading industries across FMCG, Pharma, Automotive, Electronics, Healthcare, and more.

As we expand across Uttarakhand & Delhi NCR, we’re looking for someone who can sell on the ground, not just on calls.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate & convert B2B leads (field-driven)

• Visit industrial clusters: Paonta Sahib, Selaqui, Dehradun, Haridwar SIDCUL, Roorkee (Bhagwanpur)

• Meet HR, Admin & Procurement teams

• Understand uniform/workwear requirements

• Present samples, create proposals & close deals

• Maintain follow-ups, CRM & reporting discipline

• Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets

Who This Role Is For

• 3–4 years of B2B field sales experience (must-have)

• Experience dealing with factories / plants / industrial clients

• Strong communication (Hindi + English)

• Presentable, confident & relationship-driven

• Comfortable with extensive travel in Uttarakhand industrial belt

• High ownership + hunger to close deals

Qualifications

• Graduate (any discipline)

• Prior experience in industrial sales / uniforms / B2B services is a strong advantage
