Sales Executive – Terracotta & Clay Products (Digital Leads Conversion)

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with at least 4 years of experience to join our clay tile manufacturing company. The primary responsibility is to convert digital marketing leads into confirmed sales through consistent follow-ups, relationship building, and product understanding.

• Handle and convert digital marketing leads (Instagram, website, WhatsApp, etc.) into sales
• Perform regular follow-ups with potential customers to close deals
• Promote and sell all terracotta and clay-based products
• Build strong relationships with architects, dealers, and direct customers
• Maintain and update lead tracking and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales (preferably construction/building materials)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in handling digital leads and closing sales is a MUST
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead management systems is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
