The Opportunity


The Customer Relations Officer (Pre-Sales) will be responsible for managing prospective parent inquiries, guiding families through the admissions journey, and ensuring a seamless and positive first experience with the school. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling outbound calls, building rapport with prospects, and contributing to business growth.

The Role


Parent Engagement & Inquiry Management

  • Make outbound calls to potential parents to provide accurate and detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective parents and address their queries in a timely and professional manner.

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Schedule appointments and ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Track and manage all admission leads through the CRM or admissions management system.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective parents to nurture interest and support conversion.
  • Guide parents through the application and documentation process.

Admissions Support & School Tours

  • Coordinate and conduct campus tours for prospective families.
  • Present the school’s vision, values, and academic offerings effectively.
  • Assist the admissions team with application processing and documentation review.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams during the admissions process.

Events & Outreach

  • Support the planning and execution of admissions events, open houses, and parent engagement activities.
  • Represent the school in promotional events and parent information sessions.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, interactions, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Track admissions funnel metrics and share regular updates with the admissions team.


The Person

Qualifications and Experience

  • Any Graduate with at least 2 years of experience in pre-sales, admissions counseling, customer relations, or sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Experience working with CRM or admissions management tools will be an advantage.

Personal Qualities

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset
