Job Description :

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Team Leader to lead a sales team while driving business growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience and the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Generate new business through field sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Guide and support team members to improve performance.
• Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
• Monitor team productivity and sales performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Prepare sales reports and ensure target achievement.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Graduation Mandatory.
• Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales.
• Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Local candidates from Durgapur will be preferred.
