Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Insurance to lead sales operations and drive business growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, leadership skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Guide the team to improve productivity and performance.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market insights to management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Mandatory.
• Minimum 1+ Years of Experience in Field Sales.
• Team handling experience will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Local candidates from Hubli - Dharwad will be preferred.
