What You'll Do
  • Generate new B2B and B2C sales opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into customers.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, and individual customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and sales pitches.
  • Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with field visits and client meetings when required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
